Thank you for choosing dialogue.click - a platform built to help you generate expressive, multi-speaker dialogue audio from written text.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, trials, and refunds work on our service. It is separate from (and works alongside) our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal
When you subscribe to a paid plan on dialogue.click, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period - whether monthly or yearly - unless you cancel before the next billing cycle begins.
Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted access to your subscription features and usage credits.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@dialogue.click
After cancellation:
- - Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- - You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund (see below).
Free Trial
dialogue.click may offer a free trial for new users. Free trials are intended to give you an opportunity to explore the core features of our service before subscribing.
- - Free trials have a defined duration.
- - Access and benefits during the trial are subject to change.
- - Free trials are revocable at any time and may be discontinued without prior notice.
Refund Policy
Because dialogue.click is a subscription-based SaaS service with ongoing access to digital features once a subscription period begins, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription payment has been charged, regardless of usage or inactivity after renewal.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with the service or changes in decision after a payment has been completed. All payments are final once processed.
However, we understand that circumstances may vary. If you believe there has been an error or that your situation warrants a refund review, please reach out to us at support@dialogue.click with your subscription details.
We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis according to applicable law and fairness, without guaranteeing approval.
No Prorated Refunds
If you cancel your subscription partway through a billing period, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of that period.
Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of the paid period, but charges already incurred will not be returned.
