User Accounts

Account Creation

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Deletion

Once deleted, access to your account and associated data may be permanently removed, subject to legal and billing requirements.

Subscription Plans & Billing

Paid Subscriptions

dialogue.click offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Paid plans may be required to access certain features, including commercial usage.

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and Paddle. We do not store payment card information.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please refer to that page for detailed terms.

Free Trial

dialogue.click may offer a free trial with limited usage. We reserve the right to:

Free trial access does not guarantee continued availability.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

AI Output Disclaimer

dialogue.click uses artificial intelligence to generate audio output. You acknowledge and agree that:

• - AI-generated output may not always be accurate or error-free
• - You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content
• - dialogue.click is not liable for how generated audio is used

You assume full responsibility for compliance with laws and regulations related to your use of the output.

Ownership & Usage Rights

• - You retain ownership of the text and scripts you upload
• - You retain ownership of the audio generated using the platform

Commercial Use

Commercial usage of generated content is allowed only on paid plans, subject to your subscription terms.

We do not claim ownership over your content.

Service Availability

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• - Uninterrupted service
• - Error-free operation
• - Specific performance or uptime levels

We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
